Eagle Ridge Golf Club Banquet and Special Functions Policies
Food & Beverage
All food and beverage must be supplied, prepared and consumed on the premises of Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Guests may not bring in any food and beverage, with the exception of special occasion cakes. Furthermore, guests may not remove any food or beverage from the premises due to license and insurance restrictions. Arrangements for any special dietary substitutions must be made in advance.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
All state laws pertaining to alcohol will be enforced. If your event involves alcohol, please be certain that your guests have proper identification with them. Our employees are required to request proper identification from anyone of questionable age. Eagle Ridge Golf Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proper identification, or who, in our judgment, appears to be intoxicated.
All beverages must be purchased from Eagle Ridge Golf Club and consumed on the premises; no alcoholic beverages may be taken off of Eagle Ridge Golf Club premises. Eagle Ridge Golf Club reserves the right to confiscate any outside beverages brought onto the premises of Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Last call for any alcoholic beverages will be made no later than 12:00 AM, and all drinks will be picked up by 1:00 AM.
Lastly, event hosts agree that charges for all alcoholic beverages will be based on actual consumption.
Menu Selections & Guarantees
To enable us to properly order and prepare for your event, menu selections are requested 30 days prior to your event.
A guaranteed number of guests must be received 10 days prior to your event. This guarantee cannot be reduced and sets the minimum number that you will be charged for. If a guaranteed number is not received, the guaranteed number will be determined by the most recent estimate given during the event planning. Any increase after the guarantee is set will be subject to product availability and billed in addition to the guarantee.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit in the amount of the rental fee is required to reserve your event date. This deposit will be credited to your final bill.
All member sponsored and non-member sponsored events are required to pay the final bill on or before the day of the event. Corporate functions may be direct billed upon approval of the Club.
Credit Card information must be provided as a guarantee, even if you are paying by check, or being direct billed, upon receiving approval from Eagle Ridge Golf Club.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your event for a full refund of the deposit. For any cancellations made 29 days or less prior, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for December reservations due to high demand. Cancellation within 72 hours of the event also requires payment for 25% of food costs.
Service Charges & Tax
All private function menu prices are subject to an 18% service charge. As required by NC State law, all food and beverage charges are subject to 7.75% sales tax. Service charges and taxes are applied only to food and beverage items.
Decorations
Eagle Ridge Golf Club does permit guests to bring in their own decorations. Decorations involving the use of tacks, nails, paint, staples or any other means will not be permitted. Confetti, glitter or rice will not be permitted. There will be an additional fee for any damage and extra clean up that may be necessary.
Music
DJ's and bands are allowed at your event. Due to the proximity of our neighbors, we ask that you control the volume and we reserve the right to do so on your behalf. Some entertainers require more power and outlets than others do. We advise they visit our facility prior your event to ensure they will have no problems and bring all items required.
Liability & Damages
Eagle Ridge Golf Club shall not assume any responsibility for the loss, or damage, of any merchandise, items or valuables placed in our facility prior to, during or following your event. Furthermore, the event host agrees to reimburse the club for any damages that occur to Eagle Ridge Golf Club property during your event.
Smoke Free Environment
Eagle Ridge Golf Club is a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Miscellaneous
Photographs on the golf course are not permitted without management consent.
All functions are to end at the contracted time. Rental time may be extended for an additional $100 per hour, not to exceed 1:00 AM.
Breakdown of all rental items, decorations, gifts and entertainment equipment must occur at the end of the event.
The event host is responsible for informing his/her guests of the club's dress code policy.
